- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute for a valid purchase may result in being restricted from future purchases.
